Lucas Bacelar is an architect, a GRAPHISOFT-certified BIM Manager, and one of the leading content creators for Archicad in Latin America, with over 5 million views on his YouTube channel. He is the author of the e-book *Archicad: A Practical Guide for Beginners* and the creator of the "BIM for Architects" method—an online training program with more than 3,000 students to date. What you see here is the practical outcome of an extensive learning process alongside professional Archicad users, combined with best practices recommended by GRAPHISOFT.
The goal of the bimarq template is to streamline the implementation process by offering various solutions for the optimization and standardization of your projects.
What is the Bimarq template?
No, the Bimarq Template is a suite of solutions for those who already use Archicad.
It includes a base file, a model project, a video manual, and support. It should be noted that the support is intended to address questions regarding the use of the template or issues related to the provided materials.
A comprehensive review is conducted with each new version of Archicad to integrate the new features released by Graphisoft. The most recent version currently available is Archicad 28.
In addition to the latest version, we also offer earlier versions; however, these are not as comprehensive as the most recent ones, for two reasons: first, due to the inherent characteristics of that specific version of Archicad, and second, because of the updates or enhancements we have introduced.
In addition to the preferred construction elements, there is a small, exclusive library of chairs and armchairs, though this area is not yet a strong point of the template. We plan to expand this library in future updates.
